have certain qualifications to provide cost-effective solutions for
clients. Obviously, they must have the appropriate level of
knowledge and experience relative to the level of the outsource consulting
requirements.
Experience is developed over
time and can be focused on specific technologies or diversely-based to
include a rich technical background. Knowledge is
enhanced through
ongoing training and industry leading supplier's certification programs.
In addition, Y1 looks for more than knowledge and
experience.

personal skills allow our consultants to go the extra mile and
cost-effectively provide a solution quickly.
