Client Referrals

We will compensate you if you refer a client where Y1 successfully places a consultant.  A successful client referral is defined:

• Where Y1 places a consultant into referred client within 4 months of referral date.
• Not currently a client or part of existing client database.
• Provide IT Director's or manager's name responsible for projects or hiring consultants.
• Does not conflict with confidentiality agreements.
• Does not conflict with any agreements you have with present or past employers or clients.  

Consultant Referrals

We also compensate for a referred consultant that is placed successfully at any Y1 client.  A successful consultant referral is defined:

• A consultant placed within 6 months of referral date.
• Not currently under contract with another consulting firm.
• Does not conflict with confidentiality agreements with present or past consulting firms, employers or clients.
• Does not conflict with any agreements you have with present or past employers or clients.
